  • Another option is to mix a cup of quarter warm coconut oil and a little orange juice in a bowl. Soak your nails in this solution for 10 minutes before going to bed. Wear overnight gloves for the best results.


Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
Apple cider vinegar or Apple cedar vinegar is another good medicine for brittle nails and easily broken. Apple cider vinegar is enriched with healthy nutrients for your nails, such as vitamins, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron. Plus, apple cider vinegar has malic acid and acetic acid which can help fight infections in the nails. The way to use it is quite easy, it is to mix apple cider vinegar with 1: 1 water ratio and soak your nails in a bowl that has filled the mixture for several minutes. As soon as you finish soaking, lift your nails and gently press the cuticle. Do this once a day and in a few days your nails will become stronger.

Vitamin E helps strengthen nails
Often the main cause behind fragile and easily broken nails is the lack of natural moisture in the nails. Vitamin E oil is the best medicine to keep your nails moisturized naturally and keep them hydrated. This will also help strengthen and nourish your nails and cuticles.

Tea tree oil prevents broken nails

  • Mix half a teaspoon of vitamin E oil and a few drops of tea tree oil.
